All reservations are subject to availability. A reservation is only confirmed after the required deposit or agreed payment has been received.
Jairo Event Rentals reserves the right to refuse or cancel any reservation for operational, safety, or availability reasons.
The customer must complete payment according to the terms agreed upon at the time of booking. Any remaining balance must be paid before or at the time of delivery and setup.
Payments made are non-refundable except under the conditions stated in our Cancellation and Refund Policy.
The customer agrees to follow all safety instructions and recommendations provided by our team.

If the area does not meet the necessary conditions, our team may cancel the installation without refund.
For safety reasons, services may be canceled, suspended, or rescheduled in the event of heavy rain, storms, strong winds, or circumstances beyond our control.
In such cases, rescheduling or store credit may be offered when applicable.
The customer is responsible for any damage caused to the inflatable during the rental period due to:

The customer agrees to respect the agreed delivery, usage, and pickup times. Delays caused by the customer may result in additional charges.
