Customers located within our standard service zone will not be charged additional delivery fees.

We recommend customers be available at the agreed delivery time to ensure a smooth setup process.
The customer is responsible for ensuring:
Clear and safe access to the setup area.
Adequate space for installation.
Access to a nearby electrical outlet if required.
Compliance with any local venue or residential regulations.
If delivery or setup cannot be completed due to inaccessible locations, unsafe conditions, or missing requirements, additional charges may apply and refunds may not be issued.
