We are committed to providing a safe, reliable, and professional inflatable rental experience. Please read our cancellation and refund policy carefully before placing a reservation.

1. Reservations and Payments

A deposit or partial payment is required to confirm any reservation. The remaining balance must be paid before or at the time of delivery and setup, according to the agreement with the customer.

2. Customer Cancellations
   Cancellations made more than [48/72] hours before the scheduled event may qualify for a partial or full refund of the deposit, depending on the circumstances.
   Cancellations made less than [48/72] hours before the event are non-refundable due to scheduling and operational costs.
   Customers may request to reschedule their event date, subject to availability.
3. Weather Conditions

Customer safety is our top priority. In the event of heavy rain, storms, strong winds, or unsafe weather conditions, [Your Business Name] reserves the right to:

Reschedule the rental for another available date.
Provide a credit for a future event.
Issue a partial or full refund when applicable.

4. Delivery and Setup

Customers must provide a clean, safe, and suitable area for the inflatable setup, including access to a nearby power source and enough space free from hazardous objects.

If our team is unable to complete the setup due to unsafe conditions, restricted access, or unsuitable space upon arrival, no refund will be issued.

5. Inflatable Use and Damages

The customer is responsible for the proper care of the inflatable during the rental period. The following are strictly prohibited:

Sharp or pointed objects.
Food, drinks, or substances that may damage the equipment.
Improper use or exceeding the recommended capacity.

Any damage caused by misuse, negligence, or failure to follow safety instructions may result in additional repair or cleaning fees.

6. Returns

Due to the nature of inflatable rental services, returns are not accepted once the equipment has been properly delivered and installed. and returns.
